Remove unnecessary memset(), memcpy() from NetworkArcitecture::propagate()
Since https://github.com/official-stockfish/Stockfish/pull/6938 this is no longer needed. closes https://github.com/official-stockfish/Stockfish/pull/6950 No functional change
