Align the TT allocation by 2M to make it huge page friendly and advise the
kernel to use huge pages.

Benchmarks on my i7-8700K (6C/12T) box: (3 runs per bench per config)

On my box, huge pages have a significant perf impact when using a big
hash size. They also speed up TT initialization big time:

                                  vanilla (s) huge pages (s) speed-up

In practice, huge pages with auto-defrag may always be enabled in the
system, in which case this patch has no effect. This
depends on the values in /sys/kernel/mm/transparent_hugepage/enabled
and /sys/kernel/mm/transparent_hugepage/defrag.

No functional change

Chris CainoandMarco Costalba 52ae0efccf Two more parameters eliminated
RedundantRook and RedundantQueen replaced by simple
variable RedundantMajor. Also the SameColor coefficient
for Queen<->Queen has been set by definition to 0.

The remaining 5 parameters:

LinearCoefficients[ROOK]
LinearCoefficients[QUEEN]
QuadraticCoefficientsSameColor[ROOK][ROOK]
QuadraticCoefficientsSameColor[QUEEN][ROOK]
RedundantMajor

are sufficient to equate the material imbalances for the
5 common material configurations of R, RR, Q, QR and QRR
to any desired values simultaneously.

With the chosen parameters there should be no functional
change unless one side has more than 2 rooks or more
than 1 queen. For example bench from the start position
using the commands:

./stockfish
go depth 16

produces identical output except for one extra node
in the last iteration.
